The Cosborn Agency, founded by career and life coach Colin Osborn, offers over 15 years of life coaching and professional development expertise. Serving individuals and businesses throughout the Metro Hartford and Greater New Haven areas, Colin has been able to successfully coach individuals into fortunate career paths.
Colin has consulted with businesses to assist with changing the dynamics between leadership and their subordinates, integrating program management, redirecting business objectives and improving the morale of an organization.
​Colin has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Concentration from Eastern Connecticut State University and is pursuing a Master of Education in Student Affairs Administration and Leadership from the University of Bridgeport. He received both a Life Coach and Mindfulness certification from New Skills Academy, which is accredited by the CPD Certification Services. He also received an Executive Coach certificate from the International Association of Professions Career College.​ He is a member of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
Colin is also the co-owner of Power Muzic Radio internet radio station and is very active in the arts and entertainment community. ​Colin is a 100 Men of Color Honoree and valedictorian for 2022. In addition, he was honored by Viva Hartford Media and The Hartford News as a Hartford Urban Male of 2013. ​​
The Cosborn Agency, co-founded by Likith Reddy Yellamula, is shaped by his curiosity, passion for people, and drive to create meaningful impact.
Likith, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a Master’s in Technology Management, has spent over 4+ years leading teams and projects in higher education and transportation operations.
Driven by a lifelong interest in entrepreneurship,
he focuses on creating solutions that support both individuals and organizations. Known for his initiative and people-first leadership, Likith has improved processes, optimized projects, and guided teams to deliver practical, results-oriented outcomes.
He thrives on building systems and strategies that connect innovation with impact, helping clients and teams move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
